Robert "Blair" Acorn

It is with broken hearts that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of Robert "Blair" Acorn  of Charlottetown, after a brief illness, on Thursday, April 4, 2024, age 56 years.

Beloved son of Hazel Acorn and step-son to Earla Nicholson. Loving father of Devan Sinclair, Chelsea Sinclair, Alyshia (Alex) Sinclair and Darius Veld. Adored Poppy of his granddaughters; Caroline Sinclair, Savannah Arsenault and Taliya Arsenault.  Dear brother of Nancy Acorn, Wade (Tannie) Acorn, Gary (Daisy) Murphy, George (Roxanne) Acorn, Patsy Nicholson, Karen (Dean) Nicholson, Jamie (Irene) Nicholson, and brother-in-law to Ralph McCarthy, Guy Methot and Andy Waterman.
Blair will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews as well as his two precious feline companions; Jeremy and Gracie.

Blair was predeceased by his father; Ronnie Nicholson, his nanny; Ida MacRae, sisters; Anne Butler and Betty McCarthy, brother; Joseph Acorn and his best friend/brother by choice; Leonard Tierney.

Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 4-7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to an education fund for his three granddaughters would be greatly appreciated.
