Donald "Duck" Trainor
1933-2024
Peacefully, at the Atlantic Baptist Home on Tuesday, April 2,
2024 of Donald "Duck" Trainor of Charlottetown, age 90
years.
Beloved husband of the late Jean Trainor
(nee. Quinn). Loving father of Dianne Young (Larry) and Michelle
Trainor (dec.) Proud, and loving "Poppy" to Aaron (Chance),
Alanna (Mitch), John (Erin), Drue (Ashley), Dana (Justin), and adoring
great-grandfather to Rowan. He will also be fondly remembered by his
brother; Des (Anna), sister; Bernadette Trainor and his many nieces
and nephews, including his special niece, Vikki Sweeney.
Don was predeceased by his parents; John and Minnie
Trainor (MacKinnon) and his brother; John.
Resting at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. No
visitation by personal request. Funeral service will be held on
Monday, April 8, 2024 in the Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m.
Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery,
Charlottetown.
