Eugene "Gene" Joseph Gallant
1949-2023
Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday,
October 3, 2023 of Eugene "Gene" Joseph Gallant of
Charlottetown, age 74 years.
Beloved husband of
Ruth Ross-Gallant. Loving father of Adam, Katrina (dec.), Joey (dec.),
Marion (dec.), Keshia (Rodney) Clarke and Danny Gallant
(Savanna). Proud grandfather of Kohen and Saylor
Clarke.
Gene will be lovingly
remembered by his brothers; Johnny (Lois, dec.), Ray (Kim), Henry,
Eric and sister; Judy Gallant (Bob McAlduff). Also left to mourn his
loss is his special niece, Madison, as well as his many other nieces
and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents;
Charlie Sr. and Carrie Gallant (nee MacDonald), his first wife;
Margaret (Margie) Gallant (nee Charters), brothers; Freddie, Ricky
(Donna), Charlie (Mabel) and Bruce.
Resting at
Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home for visitation on
Friday, October 6, 2023 from 4-6pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be
held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 10:00
am. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown, at a
later date.
