Suddenly at home on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 of Kent Harry
Wakelin of Charlottetown age 61 years.
Loving
husband of Jeanette (nee MacDonald). Kent is the son of the late Harry
and Stella (Ford) Wakelin and son-in-law of the late Alvin MacDonald
and the late Dinnie Larter. Dear brother of Darlene Wakelin, Janette
(Laurie) Paquet, Judy (Chris) Hucz, Cindy (Norman) Birt and Shawn
(Patricia) Wakelin. He is also lovingly remembered by his
brother-in-law Danny (Lisa) MacDonald, sister-in-law Michelle (Colin)
McAulay, nieces and nephews Chad (Alex) Paquet, Cory (Julia) Paquet,
Alicia Birt (Ian), Jillian Birt, Emily and Sarah Wakelin, Craig
(Emily) MacDonald, Krista (Justin) MacLean, , Katy McAulay (Keegan).,
grand nephews and nieces Aiden, Owen , Maggy, Jamie and Andie.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown
Funeral Home for visiting hours on Sunday, July 9th from 1:00 to 3:00
p.m. The funeral will be held on Monday, July 10th with funeral
service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow
in the Sherwood Cemetery.
