Michael John McKinnon

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael John McKinnon. Michael passed away peacefully at the QEH, surrounded by family, February 11, 2023, at the age of 52.
Beloved partner of Gwen Smith and cherished son of Gloria McKinnon. Michael will be sadly missed by his sister Angela (Jon Feilding) and other members of the McKinnon, Darte and Smith families. Predeceased by his father, Michael McKinnon Sr.; grandparents, Allan & Alice (Caswell) MacKinnon and James & Helen (MacGregor) Darte.
Resting at Hennessey Funeral Home with visitation Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 4–6 pm.
A private funeral and burial will be held at a later date at St. Eugene’s, Covehead.
