Freda MacCormack (nee Mullen)
1932-2022
Age 90 of Tracadie Cross, passed away peacefully at the
Prince Edward Home on Thursday, June 23rd , 2022
She is
survived by her daughters, Heather MacCormack (Chris) and Adele
Laybolt; and grandchildren Adam Laybolt (Kaitlin) and Sara Laybolt
(Evan Ostridge). Also survived by her brother,
‘Bud’ Sterling Mullen (Mary). Freda was
predeceased by her husband, Alex; daughter, Elinor Adele; parents,
Fred and Annie Mullen; brothers, Joe, Wilfred (Leona), and Lewis; and
sisters, Mary (Alfred) Smith, Elinor (Michael) Egan, Laura (Dot)
McInnis, Evelyn (Earl) Gaudet, and Blanche (James) McInnis.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 26 from 2-5 p.m at the
Hennessey Cutcliffe Funeral Home. Funeral mass Monday, June 27th at
St. Bonaventure’s Church, Tracadie Cross at 10:30 a.m.
Burial to follow in the St. Bonaventure’s Cemetery. Memorial
donations can be made to the St. Bonaventure’s Catholic
Church, Tracadie Cross.
