Teresa Strain

Peacefully at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge on Thursday, July 30, 2015, the death occurred of Teresa Strain (nee McCormack), age 87. Born in Point Deroche, she was a daughter of the late Ruel and Monica (nee MacDonald) McCormack.

Teresa is survived by her husband Frank Strain; children Frank (Michelle) Strain of Sackville, NB, Paul Strain of Savage Harbor and Sandra (Lorin) Brehaut of Guernsey Cove; grandchildren Stephen Strain, Louisa Strain, Samantha Strain, Sydney Strain and Isabella Brehaut; brothers Ben and Ted; sisters Gerry, Genny, Anne, Peggy, Mary, Joan and Rita; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brothers Fr. Ivan, Pius "Smokey", Charlie and John; sisters Caroline and Betty.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where a private family funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel.
