Catherine Elizabeth "Babe" MacMillan (nee Stewart)

On Saturday, March 28, 2015 Catherine "Babe" MacMillan got her wings to fly home.

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Corrigan Home at the age of 81 years. Formerly of Morell and Canavoy she was the beloved wife of the late Michael MacMillan and precious mother of Jimmy (Sonya), Kenny (Joanne), Debbie (Paul) Compton, Cathy (Merlin) Trainor, Danny (Vona), Sandra (Jamie) Hughes, Sandy (Nicole) and Bernadette (Paul) Burhoe. She is also lovingly remembered by her 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, special grandson Paul MacMillan and special aunt Louise MacEwen. She was predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Adele (MacEwen) Stewart, grandmother Elizabeth Kelly, sister Joan MacInnis, brothers Bobby, Art and Gordon Stewart, and great granddaughter Taya.

The family of Babe would like to give special thanks to the staff of Corrigan Home for the exceptional care given to her and her family.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m in the funeral home chapel. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
