1933-2015
The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, March 20, 2015 of Jeane Roma DesRoches (nee Burke), of Charlottetown, age 82 years. Dear mother of John Shea, Howard Shea, Laurie Rehberg, Lorna Shea and J.C. MacDonald. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tyler, Mason, Jonathon, Adam, Jamie, Nadine, Stephen, Wendy, Christa, Chad, Gina and Sage. Jeane is also survived by sisters Gladys Wilson and Margy Somers.
Predeceased by her parents Stephen and Madeline (nee Johnson) Burke; son Tyrone Shea; daughter Coralynn Grady; sister Olding Duford; and granddaughter Krista Shea.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with visiting hours from 12 p.m. until the time of service. Interment at a later date in the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Jeane may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
