Albert "Booie" Hennigar
1932-2015
Peacefully at the Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home on Friday, February 20, 2015 of Mr. Albert "Booie" Hennigar of Charlottetown, age 83 years. Beloved husband of Lillian Hennigar (nee Mamye) and dear father of Paul (Cathy) Mamye, Mary (Larry) Arsenault, Betty (Ronnie) Callaghan, Wendy (Junior) Chaisson, Linda (Vino) Hennigar, Albert Hennigar, Brenda (Victor) Hennigar, Cathy (Eric Conway) Hennigar, Heather (Angus) MacNeill, Sonya (Brodey) Hennigar, Billy (Rachael) Hennigar and Daniel (Christina) Hennigar. He is also survived by 19 loving grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; sister, Barbara (Blaine) Allen; brothers and sisters-in-law, David (Judy) Mamye, Eileen Williams, Billy Mamye, Arlene Mamye and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Ada Hennigar; sisters and brothers, Catherine, Molly, Victor and Jackie Hennigar.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Wednesday then transferred to St. Peters Cathedral for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment later in St. Peters Cathedral Cemetery.
Visiting hours on Tuesday 5 - 9 p.m.
