Diane Morris (Emond-Duquette)

Diane was taken suddenly to be with her beloved Danny on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the age of 80 years. Diane was born in Alexander, Ontario but when she met and married Daniel Morris, she moved to P.E.I. and has resided here for over 40 years. She loved the Island and did not want to leave when Danny passed away on August 17, 2011. Diane is survived by her son, Danny Duquette (Linda).She was predeceased by her first husband, Miley Duquette, her sons Roy and Lawrence and her daughter Carol. Diane was fun loving and absolutely loved dancing, music, attending Ceilidhs, doing word searches and going to the races. She will be greatly missed by her son and daughter-in-law, her lifetime friends, Rena and Dale Phillips, her new friend Norman MacPhee and her dear friends Pat, Judy, Mary and Rose.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice.
