Audrey Catherine Rogerson (Hennegan)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mom, Mrs. Audrey Catherine Rogerson (nee Hennegan) age 87 years, on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Beloved wife of 53 years to Leslie Rogerson. Loving mother to twins David and Muriel (Ian), Barry (Michelle), Lori-Ann (Bob), and Tracy Lynn (Mike). Audrey is lovingly remembered by grandchildren Kyle and Janelle (John), Michelle, Brian, Robert, Zachary, Carly, Gunnar, Brandy (Dan), Taylor, Logan, Jacob, Ben, Ava and great grandchildren Carter, Jack and Ryick. Audrey Catherine was born in Montreal, Quebec. Daughter to the late Leonard and Muriel (Brophy) Hennegan. Sister to Phyllis and Maurice (deceased) (Pat) Hennegan.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Thursday, then transferred to St. Pius X Church, Charlottetown for funeral mass at 10.00 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the P.E.I. Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.

Audrey’s family would like to thank the caring and loving staff of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital especially the I.C.C. Unit for their tremendous care. Audrey took great pleasure in attending her many social events with her friends "The Golden Girls" and will be sadly missed by Rita, Doris and her many friends. She also loved going shopping and out to lunch with her family.
