Sister Mary Alfreda Rogers CND (Sister St. Emma Louise)

Peacefully at Andrews of Charlottetown on Monday, December 15, 2014 of Sister Mary Alfreda Rogers (Sister St. Emma Marie) , Sister of the Congregation of Notre Dame age 93 years.

Born in Mayfield she is the daughter of the late Raymond and Emma Louise (Blacquiere) Rogers. She is survived by her siblings Jean, Evelyn (Gerry dec) Holliway, Doris (James dec) Turner, Vern , Lloyd (Phyllis dec.) Shirley (Everett dec) McEachern, and Roy (Cheryl). She was predeceased by siblings Derma Kochan (George) ,Hilda Fawson (Joe) and Wallace (Iris).

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Saturday morning, then transferred to St. Dunstan’s Basilica for funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
