1947-2014

Peacefully, with his family at his side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, of Wayne Francis McQuaid of Clyde River, age 67 years.

Beloved husband of Hilda and dear father to Lisa (Kevin) McQuaid-Ross, Krista (Aaron) MacFadyen and Jody (Mark) MacDonald. Loving grandfather of Erica, Emily and Ellen Ross, Grace, Evan, Ethan and Georgia MacFadyen, Sophie and Adam MacDonald. He is also lovingly remembered by his brothers Derrill (Marianne) McQuaid and Ronnie (Lori) McQuaid; sisters and brothers-in-law; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Stephen and Kay McQuaid; foster brother Byron Shea; father and mother-in-law William and Mary McQuaid; brother-in-law William McQuaid; nephews Kelly and Jeffrey McQuaid.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home for visiting hours on Sunday, November 30^th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 2^nd from St. Francis of Assisi Church Cornwall at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ann’s Church Cemetery, Lot 65.
