David Kent Crosby

The death occurred peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit on Friday, July 11, 2014 of David Kent Crosby, age 60.

Loving father of Luke and Grace, Edmonton, Alberta.

Beloved son of Hazel and the late Heath Crosby.

Cherished brother of Lynn, Blair (Barbara), Cindy (Byron) Tremere, Paul, Randy, Steven and Karen (Don) Poley.

Fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be no funeral service by personal request.

Family and friends are invited to meet with the family at Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from 3 - 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, 2014, with a reception to follow at the home of his mother, Hazel Crosby, 168 Fitzroy Street, from 6 - 8 p.m.

If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Alberta Health Services.

A private family service will be held in Alberta at a later date.
