John Edmund "Jackie" Lee

With his loving family by his side on Saturday, May 19, 2012 John Edmund Lee Jr. “Jackie” passed away peacefully into the waiting hands of god after a brief illness.

John will lovingly be remembered and forever cherished by his wife Noreen (nee Baglole) and his five children Billy (Maggie), Karen (Ricky) Arsenault, Marie (Gerard) MacLeod, Mary (Gary) Trainor and Patty (Stephen) Davies.

Beloved Poppy of Shannon, Willie, Ashton, Jason, Amanda, Jennifer, Michael, Cathy, Kelly, Patty, Joshua, Hannah and Other Poppy to Alex, Thatcher, Adrian, Koby, Ella, Hannah and Olivia.

Brother of George (Marion), Kay Murnaghan, Bernice Martin, Irene Gallant, Valerie Maund and brother-in-law of Cecil Kervin.

He was predeceased by his parents John and Margaret (Weeks) Lee, stepmother Elizabeth, infant son Leonard, sisters Phyllis, Margaret and Florence.

Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 on Wednesday morning, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Holy Redeemer Knights of Columbus will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. All brother Knights spouses and partners are welcome. Charlottetown Branch#1 of the Royal Canadian Legion will hold a tribute service at the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:45 p.m.
