Kenneth "Rae" MacFarlane

The death occurred peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on January 28th, 2012, of Kenneth "Rae" MacFarlane, of Donagh and formerly of Charlottetown, age 58 years.

Cherished father of Dylan Gosbee (Jenine), Rae Anne Gosbee (Trent), Lacie Gosbee, Jessica Gosbee, Fallon Larter, Jamie Lynn, and Joel Beacom.

Son of the late Earl and Ruby (nee Carver) MacFarlane and brother of Cathy Bourque of Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Predeceased by brothers Jackie, Billy, and Robbie MacFarlane.

Special uncle to Amadea (MacFarlane) MacFadyen of Saint John, New Brunswick, and Jeffery MacFarlane (Amy) of Charlottetown, PEI. He was predeceased by nephew Joseph Bourque of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Cherished Grampy to Braven and Brooklyn, and special brother-in-law of Suzanne Burns-Chisholm, (Ron) (Billy MacFarlane), aunt Margaret MacFarlane, and aunt Phyllis Roberts. Also fondly remembered by many great nieces and nephews.

Resting at the Charlottetown Funeral Home. No visitaion by personal request. A private family service to celebrate Rae's life will be held at the MacFarlane residence Monday, January 30, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m.
