Chad Edward Murley
1976-2023
Suddenly on Thursday, Aug3rd, 2023 Chad passed away at the age of 47.
Beloved son of Viola Evans-Murley , brother to John (Heather Wicks) , Stephen and Bonnie Murley ( Cory Bearisto) . He will also be remembered by his aunts Lillian Mitchell ( Leonard MacDougall deceased), Mildred Murley ( Bill Coffin), Freda Murley and uncles, Walter Evans and Oliver Murley. Chad will be missed by his nieces and nephews as well as his many cousins.
Chad was predeceased by his father, Richard "Dick" Murley and many of his aunts and uncles including Mary Harrison, Gerard Evans, Jim Evans, William Murley, Charlie Murley, Lorraine Dennis, Margaret Ross and Lynn Murley.
Chad was extremely social and anyone who knew him, knew they were in for a hug and a kiss, like it or not. Chad loved his church, his family and his community. Chad has touched many lives from tip to tip and will always be thought of every time Jonny Cash is played. Chad’s joy for life was present every time he took to the dance floor, which was a lot. Chad had a heart so pure and happy. Chad’s whit and humour (and bit of sass) was always present and loved.
We as his family can not go without thanking the staff at QCRS and Pioneer Group Home. Chad was welcomed with open arms and treated like family there. He made bonds that could never be broken.
Resting at Hennessy Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where visitation will be held on Aug 7th, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 and Funeral Mass Aug 8th, 2023 at 10:30 at Our Lady Of The Assumption Parish, Stratford.
