Patricia Anne "Pat" Kennedy RN (nee Gallant)
1952-2020
Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Saturday, June 27, 2020 of Patricia "Pat" Kennedy RN of Charlottetown age 67 years.
Loving wife of the late Douglas Kennedy and proud and loving mom of Michael (Mirae Lee). Pat was loved by her siblings Doug Gallant (Mary Lou), Elaine Doucette (Len), Paul Gallant (Mary), Donna Kauffman (Henk), Carl Gallant (Lynn) , Kevin Gallant (Mary Ellen), her sister-in-law Anne Thomson (John) and brother-in-law Sandy Kennedy (Tamara). She will also be missed by her special cousins Rose Marie Peters and Eleanor Doiron, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, many friends and nursing colleagues. Pat was predeceased by her parents James H. "Bunny" and Mary Angelina "Angie" Gallant, father and mother-in-law Keith and Helen Kennedy.
Pat’s family would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the Provincial Palliative Centre for the loving care and support given to her and all of the family. Your kindness will always be remembered.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel and will be live streamed for public viewing on Thursday, July 2nd at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
