"Mary" Cecilia Carr (nee McWade)
1930-2020
The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital
on Friday, April 3, 2020 of Mary C. Carr (nee McWade) age 89 years.
Wife of the late Wendell J. Carr.
Survived by sister Mickey
(Ernie) Brennan of Charlottetown and brother Bert (Patti) McWade of
Pugwash, NS, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Fred and Ethel McWade and
siblings, Gordon, Claire, Fr. Fred OMI, Ruth, Terry and Pat.
Mary was a dedicated employee of the Federal Department of
Agriculture, Livestock Division for 35 years, a longtime participant
in the IODE and an active member of the Holy Redeemer Church.
She called Andrews of Stratford home for the last eight years and
the family would like to thank the management and staff for providing
the joy and contentment Mary experienced during those final
years.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home.
Due to the present restrictions their will be no visiting hours or funeral ser vice.
