Evelyn Underhill (nee Burns)

After a long and fulfilling life Evelyn Underhill passed away peacefully at the Whisperwood Villa in Charlottetown in her 99^th year.

Evelyn is the beloved wife of the late Clayton Underhill. Loving mother of Joan Arsenault (Jack) and Pauline Johnston (James). Loving Nana of Liane Johnston (John) Moore, Sherri Johnston (Jim Ryan), and Jason Arsenault (Erin Mullaly). Great Nanna of Courtney, Patrick and Rachel Moore, Daniel Ryan, Declan and Cohen Arsenault. Evelyn is also survived by her sisters, Eileen Hale of Fredericton NB, Priscilla Cliver of Harrisburg PA. and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Gerald, Basil, Roy and Cyril Burns.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Thursday, July 25^th , then transferred to St. Pius X Church, Charlottetown for funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. Visiting hours on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will be held in St. Paul’s Parish Cemetery, Summerside.
