Peacefully, surrounded by family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, June 17, 2018 of Heather Fraser of New Dominion, age 64 years. Beloved partner of Paul Low and dear mother of Allison Savoie (Stephen Carter), Kelly Gallant; three grandchildren, Connor and Michael Savoie and Summer Gallant; brothers and sisters; Barb (Jim-deceased) Wall, Kathy Knox, Shirley (Norman) Baird, Louise (Robert) Forget, Dorothy (Jamie-deceased) Matthews, David Knox, Gary Knox, Stephen (Marie-France) Knox and Ronnie (Rachel) Knox.
Predeceased by her husband, Joseph A. Fraser, parents David and Muriel (nee Harris) Knox, and brother Jim Knox.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment later.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
