Peacefully, surrounded by family on Saturday, April 28, 2018 of Dean MacFadyen of Cornwall, age 77 years. Beloved husband of Sharon (nee MacEachern) MacFadyen and dear father of Dean (Kimberley Lowther-Hammond) Perry. He is also survived by grandson, Taylor (Chantal Melham) Perry; sister, Inez (Edmund) Somers; brother, David MacFadyen; sisters and brothers-in-law, Paula (Harvey) Cormier, Patsy Langhorne, Linda (Bev-dec) Richards, Nellie (Travis-dec) Hornecastle, Gordie Ford, Ruthie (Mike Doiron) Ford, Tommy (Joy) Ford, Susie (Carl) McCloskey, Andy (Crista Cantwell) Ford, Hammie (Kathleen Blackburn) Ford.
He was predeceased by his parents Colin and Florence (nee MacRae) MacFadyen; brother, Colin Rae "Buddy" and sister-in-law Connie (Ernest) Hennessey.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 3 in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Canoe Cove Presbyterian Cemetery.
Visiting hours on Wednesday 5 - 9 p.m.
