1944-2018
Peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 of Katherine Archer (nee Knockwood) (Mi’kmaq Elder of PEI) of Cornwall, age 73 years.
Beloved wife of the late Claire H. Archer and dear mother of Dean Sock, Darryl Sock, Darcy (Jan) Sock, Terry (Paula) Sock, Cora (Jody) Stewart, Tim (Stephanie) Sock and Tammy Sock. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters Marie Knockwood, Georgina Crane and Matilda Snache. Predeceased by her parents, Ted and Libby Knockwood, brother Albert Knockwood and sister, Loraine Levi.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Monday, February 26 in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Bonaventure Parish Cemetery, Tracadie Cross.
Visiting hours at the funeral home on Sunday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m.
