Irene Kassner

Peacefully at the Garden Home on Saturday, September 23, 2017 of Irene Kassner of Stratford, PE, formerly of Souris in her 91^st year.

Beloved wife of the late Dr. Edward Kassner. Dear mother of David Kassner (Katie Markides) and their son Adam, Richard (Charmaine) and their children Oliver and Anna and Rachel Kassner (Joel Palter) and their son Kass. Irene is also fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.

Interment will take place in Shaar Shalom Cemetery, Halifax, NS.

If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Society of PEI, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital or Souris Hospital. Completion of arrangements on PEI have been entrusted to the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home and in Halifax to Cruikshank Funeral Home.
