Erilda M. Hopkinson
1927-2017
Peacefully at the Garden Home on Monday, September 18, 2017 of Erilda M. Hopkinson (nee MacDonald), age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late John A. "Hoppy) Hopkinson and dear mother of John "Skipper", Marilyn (Lionel) Foote, Cathy Larter, Susan Hopkinson, Michael (Marena), Christine (David) Carr, Timmy (Karen), Jeff, Stephen, Kenny (Charlene), Patricia (Billy) McLure, Ormie (Heather), Pam Hopkinson. Mrs. Hopkinson is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and her brother Gary (Judy) MacDonald.
She was predeceased by her parents Frederick and May (nee Blacquiere) MacDonald and infant son Robert Randell Hopkinson.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Friday afternoon then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment later in the family plot at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Visiting hours on Thursday 7 - 9 p.m.
