Georgena Elizabeth Morrison
1927-2017
Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Atlantic Baptist Nursing Home, on August 12, 2017, in her 90th year, Mrs Georgena Elizabeth Morrison of Charlottetown went to be with her Lord
Beloved wife of the late William Keir Morrison, Georgena was lovingly raised by Florence and Walter Somers. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Faye, and Grant Morrison; Joy, and Rev. John MacLeod; Shelia, and Paul Ledwell; Bethany; Rosanne; Blake; Marion, and Chris Hendrickson.
Much loved grandmother to Ian, Fiona and Hannah Morrison; Angus John, William, Andrew, Flora, Ruairidh, Malcolm, Peter, Christina and Murdo MacLeod; and Isaac Hendrickson. Great-grandmother to twelve.
Funeral service to be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, August 15 at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. Interment to follow in the family plot at South Granville Presbyterian Cemetery. No visiting hours by request.
In lieu of flowers, and if so desired, memorials in Georgena’s memory may be made to the Free Church of Scotland Youth Camp and the PEI Humane Society.
