Mary Georgina MacDonald (nee Wood)

Peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday, April 20, 2017 of Mary Georgina MacDonald of Stratford in her 91^st year.

Beloved wife of the late Chester MacDonald and dear mother of Brenda MacDonald of Stratford and John (Cindy) MacDonald of Massachusetts.

Loving Nana of Rebecca "Becky" Coleman(Jacob Cormier), Sherrie(Jason Goldstein), Ginelle, Stephen(Jessica Bettis) and Nick MacDonald, and to great granddaughter Harper Marie Goldstein. Loving sister of Lucille Peters and sister-in-law and a good friend to Mena MacDonald.

Mary was also predeceased by her siblings Melvin, Lester, Cyril, Alban, Vernon, Eugene and Irwin.

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Tuesday morning, then transferred to Our Lady of Assumption Church, Stratford for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
