John R. "Jackie" Doyle
1934-2017
Peacefully at the QEII Hospital in Halifax, N.S., on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 of John Raymond "Jackie" Doyle of Mount Stewart, age 83 years.
Dear father of Lorienda (Tim) Garrity and Chris (Crystal) Doyle. He is also survived by two loving grandchildren Jade (Coady) Lougheed and Carter Doyle; his sister Barbara Jay (Wilbur - deceased) and sister-in-law Shirley Doyle.
He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Catherine (nee McLellan) Doyle; brothers and sister, Richard Doyle, Charles (Lillian) Doyle, Harold (Sadie) Doyle, Allan (Ruth) Doyle and Marjorie (Waldo) MacDonald.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Saturday, then transferred to St. Andrew’s Church, Mount Stewart for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment will take place in St. Andrew’s Cemetery, Mount Stewart.
Visiting hours on Friday 5 - 8 p.m.
