Elizabeth Joan "Betty" Thompson (nee Kelly)

Peacefully with her family by her side at home on Thursday, February 23, 2017 of Betty Thompson of Stratford age 63 years.

Born in Blooming Point she is the daughter of the late Daniel and Florence (Power) Kelly. Beloved wife of Derell and dear mother of Danny (Cheryl), Nicole Thompson (Chris Fleming), Crystal Thompson (Lindsay Kirkpatrick) and Andrew (Megan). Loving Nanny to Hilary, Matthew , Lilliana and Max. Sister of Carol Ann (Barry) Doucette, Mary Murray (John deceased), Leonard Kelly (deceased), Reggie Kelly (deceased), Marilyn Kelly, Kenny Kelly, Donna MacKinnon (Frank) and Shirley Campbell (Charlie). Sister-in-law of Ethel Nicholson (Donald).

Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Monday, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
