David Leonard Wood
1954-2017
Peacefully at his late residence on Monday, January 16, 2017 of Mr. David L. Wood of Charlottetown, age 62 years. Loving father of Natasha (Ron) Snyder and Chris (Jennifer) Wood. He is also survived by four loving grandchildren Trinity Wood, Storm Scott, Aleigh Wood and Josh Snyder; his mother, Annie (nee Laybolt) Wood; brothers and sister, Kevin, Irwin (Shelley), Frank (Tracey), Yvonne (Tom) Cummiskey and Wayne (Tracy); many nieces and nephews and special grandnephew Colin Jackson.
He was predeceased by his father Lester Wood; brother, Alvin and infant brother, Carl Joseph and his niece Shelby Wood.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Thursday morning, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown.
Visiting hours on Wednesday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m.
