Loretta Marie Warren
1961-2016
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta Warren, age 55, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, PEI on Friday, May 6, 2016. Loving Mother of Laura Warren (Ben) and Johnathan Warren.
Loretta was born on April 19, 1961, daughter of the late John "Milford"and Rachael (nee Doiron) Warren. She will be forever remembered by her special friend Dewar Simms, her many nieces and nephews, and her brothers and sisters: Debbie Hancock (Norm), Shelley Matthews (Neil), Sheila Warren, Doreen Warren, Susan Joyce (Rick), Timothy Warren, Jane Warren-Bassett (David), and Leona Rees (Tom).
Loretta is predeceased by her parents as well as her brothers Brenden, Ronnie and John Warren.
Loretta will be remembered for her love of Scrabble, compassion for animals, plum lipstick and her notorious karaoke covers of Patsy Cline and Tracy Chapman songs.
A grave-side service will be held at St. Peter’s Church in Seven Mile Bay on Friday, May 13 at 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Reception will follow at 5 p.m. at the Jack Blanchard Family Centre in Charlottetown. Light refreshments provided.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Mental Health Association are welcomed.
